FROM THE HOTEL:
Onsite Parking for those staying overnight and guests coming in for the day
-Pull up to gate and press button to get in
-Go to front desk and they will give key card that will be used as parking pass
-When they exit they should use validated key card from front desk

If for some reason our onsite parking lot is completely full, we offer overflow parking in our satellite parking garage. Please see attached diagram of garage location (located about 20 yards from the hotel).

Satellite Parking Garage
-If attendee see’s there is no onsite parking available have them go to the front desk in the lobby to obtain a validated complimentary ticket that will need to be used at the satellite parking garage gate.
-They will use this ticket to enter and exit the satellite parking garage

The "FREE" shuttle runs every thirty minutes between the hours of 4:00 am and 11:00 pm. It leaves the hotel on the hour and half-hour.

We just received word on an update for the shuttle pick up location at O’Hare Airport. 

Starting February 1st, 2024, all hotel shuttles will change their airport pick-up location to TERMINAL 2. The Bus Shuttle Center will be closed. For guests of Sheraton Suites Chicago O’Hare, please follow the below instructions to shuttle pick-up locations:
          • For Terminals 1, 2, and 3 -- walk or ride to Terminal 2 – Baggage Claim Level. Go to Door #2E and wait outside at the 2nd vehicle lane curb.
          • For Terminal 5 -- call the hotel at 847-699-6300 ext. 0 for a pick-up. Go to lower level, Door #5E and wait outside at the outer lane curb.
